LiveSupport provides live AI agents that answer visitor questions, capture leads and hand conversations to people. Free previews, pilots and paid plans are offered as described on our website or in a written order.
You may not use LiveSupport to impersonate others, mislead visitors, collect data without a lawful basis, send spam, give regulated professional advice without proper oversight, or break any law. We may suspend agents that do.
Agents answer from the information you approve but can still be wrong. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for the information you give your agent and for reviewing important answers. Agents always disclose that they are AI and offer a human handover.
You own your business content and lead data. We process visitor data on your behalf as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the leads you receive.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise. Extra voice minutes are billed in arrears. Prices exclude applicable taxes such as GST. You may cancel at the end of any billing period.
We work to keep the service available around the clock and publish live uptime at livesupport.co/status. Service levels with credits are available on Pro plans by written agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction.
