Who we are

LiveSupport.Co ("LiveSupport", "we") is a venture of Fabulous Media, India. We build live AI agents for businesses. For conversations on this website we are the data fiduciary. For conversations on a customer's agent, that business is the data fiduciary and we process data on its behalf.

What we collect

• Conversation content. Audio is converted to text in real time. We keep the transcript and a recording so the business can follow up and so we can improve quality.
• Details you choose to share. Name, phone number, email, your business and what you need. The agent asks for consent before taking a phone number.
• Onboarding details. When you build a preview we store your business name, website, contact details and the public text we read from your website.
• Technical data. Basic usage events such as page views and whether a conversation started. IP addresses are hashed with a one-way function for abuse prevention and are not stored in plain form.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. We do not sell personal data.

• To answer your questions and pass your request to the right team
• To send lead and handover alerts to the business you contacted
• To keep the service reliable, secure and free of abuse
• To improve answer quality, using de-identified samples where possible

Consent and your rights

We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Our agents disclose that they are AI. You can withdraw consent, ask for a copy of your data, correct it or ask us to erase it by emailing hello@livesupport.co. We respond within 30 days. You may also raise a grievance with the Data Protection Board of India.

How long we keep it

• Conversation transcripts and recordings for Liv on this website: 90 days
• Preview agent conversations: 30 days
• Lead records: until the business deletes them or the account closes
• Monitoring and rate-limit data: 1 to 30 days

Some processors operate outside India. We use providers with recognised security certifications and contractual safeguards.

Children

Our service is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
